Having to serve the country in the Royal Malaysian Air Force, Hj. Tuan Kamaluddin Bin Tuan Soh is known to be determined, high spirited, and hardworking. While serving the Royal Malaysian Air Force, Tuan Kamaluddin’s duty was to build computer systems for the Electronic Data Processing department of the Ministry of Defence Malaysia. After years of service, Tuan Kamaluddin decided to retire from the Royal Malaysian Air Force at 33 years old.
Tuan Kamaluddin possess a Bachelor Degree in Science (BSc.) majoring in Computer Science and a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from UiTM Shah Alam. Upon retiring from the Royal Malaysian Air Force, he pursued his career as a Marketing Consultant and Business Development Manager at Netserv Solution. While working with Netserv for twelve years, he gained experience in various fields including business, managing trade, customer services, training, sales and marketing.
NetServ started providing computer training services in 1997 in Subang, Selangor. Tuan Kamaluddin was heavily involved in the programme due to his knowledge and competency. In 2002, Netserv successfully opened a branch in Wisma Abrar, Kota Bharu, Kelantan under the Human Resource Development, the Ministry of Human Resource which purpose was to train the youth and the jobless in Kelantan. He hopes to expand the business and bring NetServ to be one of the well-known IT companies in Malaysia.
As a graduate of the prestigious Imperial College London, Tuan Amera binti Tuan Kamaluddin is known to have top notch skills and knowledge in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering field. Apart from that, Amera is also a Master’s Degree holder in the Electrical Power Engineering. She obtained her Master’s Degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai, Johor.
Amera began her career in 2010, when she had her first internship at Intel Corporation in Kedah. As a person who is keen to learn and diversify her skills, she had her second internship as a Private Secretary to the Minister at the Ministry of Youth and Sport in 2011. Upon her graduation in 2012, she was recruited by Gamuda for the Gamuda Graduate Program (GGP). That was when her professional career as an M&E Site Engineer kicked off. While working for Gamuda, Amera handled numerous projects including overseeing the overall electrical works at the Bukit Bintang MRT Station.
Amera then ventured into consultancy and worked for TÜV Rheinland Group as a System Assurance Consultant for Rail Systems. This was after the project MRT project was completed in 2017. With TÜV Rheinland, Amera was actively involved in Risk Assessment and Hazard Analysis, Project Advisor & Certification Engineer as well as Project Coordination & Business Development. Besides that, she was also involved in few rail projects based in Malaysia and Singapore.
The hallmark of Amera’s career was when she started working for Sapura Secured Technologies (SST). There, she was entrusted with the role of Deputy Project Manager for Sapura Rail System. Due to her outstanding performance, she was then offered to work in CEO’s Office. For the past 2 years, she had been involved several roles such as corporate strategies and new business ventures.
As a person who spent 7 years of her youth devoted to her career, Amera has gone through ups and downs and knows the industry like at the back of her hands. Now, Amera would like to share her experiences and aspirations with passionate individuals through Netserv Sdn. Bhd.
